|Whole wheat flour||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Or As Required)|
1 In a food processor jar, combine flour, water and salt.
2 Process the mixture to form a soft dough.
3 Remove the dough from the food processor and place it in the refrigerator to chill.
4 Take small chunks of the dough and roll them in your palm to make dough balls.
5 Dust the balls with some flour.
6 Roll each ball using the rolling pin into pita bread size Roti.
7 Meanwhile, place a skillet on high heat.
8 Transfer the rolled out roti to the hot skillet and cook one side.
9 Using a spatula, turn and cook the other side as shown in the video.
10 Carefully hold the roti over direct heat as shown in the video.
11 Repeat with the remaining dough.
12 Serve hot with your choice of dal or curry.
