Ingredients
  Bhindi 150 Gram, cut into small 1/4" pieces (Ladies Finger)
  Onion 1⁄2 Medium, sliced finely
  Oil 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Red chili 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coriander powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cumin powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Green chilies 2 , slit
  Garam masala powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Heat oil on medium level in a pan for about 1 minute(s).

Add onions, and stir fry on medium level for about 3 minutes or till they are very lightly browned. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and garam masala. Fry again for a few seconds.

Add ladies finger and the slit green chillies. Add a dash of lemon and sprinkle salt to taste. Mix well. Cover and cook on low heat for about 3 minutes or till the bhendi is cooked but firm. dont spoon it too much else it will become sticky
