Fry Moong Ki Daal

One of the simple, delicious and healthy vegetarian dishes that goes well with rice and flat bread.
Ingredients
  Garlic ginger paste 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tomato 1
  Moong daal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Red chilli powder 1 Teaspoon (Or As Desired)
  Turmeric powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Haldi)
  Salt To Taste
  Onion 1⁄2
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Zeera 1 Teaspoon
  Kasoori methi 3 Pinch
  Coriander 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
  Chili 1 Teaspoon (For Garnish)
Directions

Heat oil and cumin. When it crackels add onion.
When onion edges are golden brown add red chili, haldi and salt.
Add ginger garlic paste and then tomatoes. Cover it and let the tomatoes cook.
Add water, salt and daal.
Add coriander, methi and cover it cook until daal is done.
