|Diced fresh oranges||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Halved seedless grapes||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Fresh)|
|Bananas||2 , thinly sliced|
|Canned pineapple chunks||29 Ounce, drained of juice (1 Can / 1 Pound 13 Ounces)|
|Fresh papaya/One small can cubed papaya||1 , peeled and diced|
|Fresh lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Plain yogurt||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cardamom seeds||1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed (Seeds Of 4 Whole Cardamoms)|
Combine oranges, grapes, bananas, drained pineapple chunks, and papaya in a large bowl.
Gently add lemon juice.
Chill 1/2 hour.
Combine yogurt, honey, salt, and cardamom.
