Bombay Banana Salad

Ingredients
  Oranges 2
  Firm bananas 2 , peeled, sliced
  Seedless red grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whole almonds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), toasted
  Ripe banana 1 , peeled
  Pitted dates 12 , halved
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brown sugar/Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped chutney 1 Tablespoon
  Curry powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Grate peel from 1 orange, reserve peel for dressing.
Peel and slice oranges.
In bowl, toss salad ingredients with dressing.
Dressing: Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth.
Stir in grated orange peel.
