How To Make Four Chutneys In One Day

This video shows you how to make simple chutneys or dips to spread or use as sauce.
Ingredients
For kiwi chutney
  Fresh yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ripe kiwis 1 Large (peeled and sliced)
  Green bell pepper 1⁄4 Small
  Jalapeno chili 1 Teaspoon, chopped finely
  Fresh coriander leaves/Cilantro 2 Tablespoon, chopped finely
  Fresh garlic 4 Clove (20 gm)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
For garlic chutney
  Garlic 100 Gram
  Hot oil 90 Gram
  Salt 22 Gram
  Red chili pepper 48 Gram
  Coriander cumin powder 40 Gram
For banana chutney
  Ripe banana 3 , peeled
  Garlic chutney 2 Teaspoon (Dave's)
  Tamarind paste 1 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Tablespoon (Mexichef/TAMCON Brand)
For date chutney
  Pitted date 150 Gram, chopped
  Pitted tamarind 30 Gram, chopped
  Lemon juice 30 Gram
  Coriander cumin powder 20 Gram
  Salt 20 Gram
  Brown sugar 70 Gram
  Water 100 Gram
  Garlic powder 10 Gram
  Red chili pepper 10 Gram
  Black pepper 10 Gram
Directions

FOR KIWI CHUTNEY
MAKING
1. In a blender, add yogurt, kiwi fruit, green bell pepper, jalapeno, coriander leaves, garlic, sugar and salt. Blend until smooth.

SERVING
2. Serve Kiwi Chutney as a green sauce with your favorite dishes.

FOR GARLIC CHUTNEY
MAKING
1. In a blender, add garlic and hot oil. Blend them to smooth paste.
2. In a bowl, combine salt, red chili pepper, cumin and coriander. Transfer it into the blender and blend with the garlic paste
3. Transfer the chutney into a container.

SERVING
4. Serve the Garlic Chutney as a dip for your favorite dishes.

FOR BANANA CHUTNEY
MAKING
1. In a blender, add banana, Dave’s garlic chutney, tamarind paste and water.
2. Blend all the ingredients to a smooth paste.

SERVING
3. Serve the Banana Chutney as a dip or sweet sauce for grilled fish or chicken.

FOR DATE CHUTNEY
MAKING
1. In a blender, add dates, tamarind, lemon juice, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, brown sugar, water, garlic powder, red chili pepper and black pepper.
2. Blend all the ingredients to a smooth paste.

SERVING
3. Serve the Date Chutney as a dip or sweet sauce for grilled fish or chicken.
