Desert Date Roll
|Orange juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Graham cracker crumbs||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Dates||2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped (pitted)|
|Miniature marshmallows||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Walnuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped, chilled|
1. Mix orange juice and salt with graham cracker crumbs in a large bowl. Stir in dates, marshmallows, and walnuts. Fold in whipped cream; mix well.
2. Turn the mixture onto a large sheet of waxed paper. Shape into a roll about 3 inches in diameter and wrap in waxed paper. Chill overnight.
3. To serve, slice and top with generous dollops of whipped cream.
