|Cauliflower head||1 Small|
|Boiling water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Seedless grapes||1 Cup (16 tbs), halved|
|Toasted almonds||2 Tablespoon|
1. Break off flowerets of cauliflower; slice lengthwise into 1/4-inch thick slices.
2. Simmer cauliflower in boiling water in covered pan 5 minutes or until tender; remove from heat; drain.
3. Fold in grapes and almonds.
4. Return to burner until heated through.
