Would you like to taste the best ever parathas? The asian parathas is enticing as a main dish for meals. Never ever miss out on this great recipe.
Ingredients
  Flour 500 Milliliter (2 Cups)
  Whole wheat flour 500 Milliliter (2 Cups)
  Butter 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoons)
  Warm water 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Oil 4 Tablespoon (For Frying)
  Potatoes 2 Medium, cooked and dry mashed
  Cheddar cheese 250 Milliliter, grated (1 Cup)
Directions

GETTING READY
1 In a large bowl, sift the flours together.
2 Rub in butter with fingertips.
3 Stir in water with a knife and mix to a firm dough.
4 Turn out onto a floured board and knead until smooth.
5 Cover and let stand for 10 minutes.

MAKING
6 Divide dough into six equal portions.
7 Roll each section into a circle approximately 1/2 inch (1 cm) in diameter.
8 In another bowl, combine the filling ingredients.
9 Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle.
10 Roll into a ball.
11 Flatten with a rolling pin into 4 inch (10 cm) circles.
12 In a shallow frying pan, heat oil.
13 Fry the flattened balls on both sides until golden.

SERVING
14 Serve hot accompanied with curd or pickle.
