Wild Rice And Mushrooms
|Finely chopped onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned mushroom stems and pieces||4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Chicken bouillon cubes||2|
|Water||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Long grain and wild rice||8 Ounce (1 Box)|
|Minced fresh parsley/1 tablespoon parsley flakes||2 Tablespoon|
1. Melt margarine in saucepan. Saute onion until clear.
2. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil.
3. Cover. Reduce heat and cook 25 to 30 minutes, until water is absorbed.
