Wild Rice And Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned mushroom stems and pieces 4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Chicken bouillon cubes 2
  Water 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Long grain and wild rice 8 Ounce (1 Box)
  Minced fresh parsley/1 tablespoon parsley flakes 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Melt margarine in saucepan. Saute onion until clear.
2. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil.
3. Cover. Reduce heat and cook 25 to 30 minutes, until water is absorbed.
