Sago is called sabudana in the local Indian language. Sago is not an every day food. This is generally eaten during fast. But I like this Sago Khichdi dish and I often prepare it during breakfast.   Sago 100 Gram
  Potato 1 , boiled and chopped
  Green chili 2 , chopped
  Coriander leaves 1 Tablespoon
  Peanut 1 Tablespoon, baked
  Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Ghee/Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)

1. Soak the sago for 5 minutes. Using a colander drain the excess water.

2. In a serving pan, heat ghee, add cumin, once it changes color, add green chili, peanuts and potato, fry for 1 minute.
3. Add sago, cook for another 5 to 10 minutes, stirring constantly.

4. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with tea.
