Indian Barbecued Shrimp

Ingredients
  Shrimp/Jumbo/prawns 2 Pound
  Olive oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), minced
  Basil 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Mint leaves 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Turmeric 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Clean and devein shrimp.
Mix remaining ingredients together for a marinade.
Marinate overnight at least.
Thread shrimp on skewers and broil about 10 minutes over hot coals, brushing with marinade.
