  Ajinomoto 1 Teaspoon
  Beans 30 Gram
  Boiled rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cabbage 100 Gram
  Capsicum 2 (Pepper)
  Carrots 150 Gram
  Cauliflower 50 Gram
  Celery 2
  Chili paste 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped green chilies 3
  Chopped garlic 30 Gram
  Corn flour 3 Tablespoon
  Ginger 1 Large
  Oil 1 Tablespoon (For Frying)
  Onion 2
  Pepper powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Sesame oil 2 Tablespoon
  Soya sauce 4 Tablespoon
  Spring onion 1
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Sweet and sour sauce 3 Tablespoon

1. Boil /steam finely chopped minced vegetables and bind with some corn flour and rice with all shown spices and make small lumps the size of a ping-pong ball.
2. Roll in corn flour and deep fry make sauce as shown add cumin , 2 tbsp chopped garlic ,1 tbs chopped ginger and chopped onion add soya sauce, pepper, chilli paste, spring onion ,ajinomoto, sweet sauce or sugar stock and cook.
3. Thicken with corn flour mixture, adding very little at a time.
4. Add fried dumpling or cauliflower.
5. Serve hot with noodles or rice.
