onion,cabbage,tomato,ginger,garlic, & green chilli are finely chopped..
all dese chopped vegetables are mixed wid salt,red chilli powder,imli chutney(TAMARIND EXTRACT),mint chutney,lemon juice in a bowl..
now,puffed rice is lightly wet wid water and mixed wid the above prepared vegetable mixture..in a serving bowl..
small pieces of indian mini samosas are added to sprinkle a flavour in it... also sev and finely chopped coriander leaves are spread all over it...to give a taste and also a attractive look to our recipe...
