All the chopped vegetable , salt pepper and egg mix in a bowl prepare a mixtre.

Heat the flat pan on megium flame, First put one bread on the pan and spreead 3-4 tbsp. mixture spread very well on it iand cover with another bread , fry it medium flame adding some oil or Ghee .
