Ingredients
  Okra 3⁄4 Pound, sliced
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped (Curry Powder To Taste)
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Tomatoes 3 Medium, peeled and chopped
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), chopped
  Bay leaf 1 , crumbled
  Chopped thyme 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Fresh pepper To Taste
Directions

In 10-inch skillet, cook okra, curry, and onion in butter about 10 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients.
Reduce heat to low and simmer about 25 minutes or until vegetables are done.
