|Black gram/White gram||1⁄2 Kilogram, soaked for 5 to 6 hours|
|Onion||2 Large, finely chopped|
|Ginger paste||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Red chilli||1 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Black pepper powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Jeera powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (for cooking)|
|Onion rings||5 (For garnish)|
Heat the oil. add onion and sorte it when it becomes golde add soaked garam , salt, ginger paste, crushed red chilli add some water to cooking.
Cook it 1 & more hour, when garm becomes tender & dry add zeera powder & black pepper powder and serve it garnish with onionings.
