Indian Christmas Plum Cake

Ingredients
  Dry fruits 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Raisin, Cheery, Peel Orange, Broken Nuts, Dates And Kismis)
  Rum/Brandy 2 Tablespoon
  Butter 125 Gram
  Powdered sugar 125 Gram
  Maida 125 Gram
  Eggs 2
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla essence 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Caramel syrup 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

Chop the dry fruits. Soak them in rum or brandy in a thick container for at least 1 week.
Beat the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl.
Add the egg (one at a time) and mix it properly.
Sieve the maida with baking powder. Mix the dry fruits in the maida.
Add the caramel syrup and vanilla essence to the cake mixture.
Put the maida mixture in the cake mixture and mix them all well.
Take a greased baking dish and pour the mixture into it.
Bake the cake at 180 degrees for one hour in the oven.
Your plum cake is ready.
