Gajar/Carrot Halva is a most popular Indian Dessert (Made Of Carrots and Cooked in Milk). It has a Very rich taste, easy to make and nutritious. Carrots are rich in vitamin A, A and c. It can be eaten in winters and summers, as per your taste.
Ingredients
  Carrots 2 Pound (Shredded Not Too Thin)
  Canned condensed milk 14 Ounce
  2% milk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Cardamom powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Almonds 2 Tablespoon
  Ghee 1 Teaspoon (Clarified Butter)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Almond pistachio 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Add carrots, condensed milk, milk and sugar in a non stick pan.
Cook the mixture over medium-high heat. Keep stirring.
When milk thickens add almonds, cashews and cardamon powder. Stir it well.
Keep stirring until milk reduced fully.
The gajar halva is ready to serve.
You can garnish it with some ghee and dry fruits.
