Puran Poli - Part 2:Assembling And Finalizing

Puran poli is a traditional Maharashtrian and South Indian dish. In this part we will show how to fill and roll the polis, roast or fry them and then finally serve them.
Ingredients
  Puran 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dough 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Making Flat Bread)
Directions

Heat a griddle or non stick pan.
Roll out dough and fill the puran ball in it.
Now roll out the ball using a rolling pin in a flat bread.
Fry it from both sides, apply ghee generously.
The poli should slightly golden brown.
Serve the puran poli with ghee or butter.
