Sev puri is a very popular chaat food or Indian snack.
Ingredients
  Puri 12
  Chana daal 2 Tablespoon (Spicy)
  Roasted peanuts 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Diced tomatoes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Diced boiled potatoes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Diced pineapple 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Diced raw mango 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pomegranate 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green chillies 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Idoized salt To Taste
  Ground pepper 1 Pinch
  Chat masala To Taste
  Sweet tamarind chutney 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Corriander chutney 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lime juice 2 Tablespoon (Use Fresh)
  Thin sev 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Coriander 1 Tablespoon (Use Fresh)
Directions

Place the puris in a serving plate.

Top the puris with spicy chana dal and roasted peanuts.

Add onion on all the puris.

Add the tomatoes on all the puris.

Add the potatoes on all the puris.

Add the raw mangoes on all the puris.

Add the pineapple on all the puris.

Add the pomegranate on all puri.

Add green chillis as per taste.

Season the puris with pepper and chat masala. Add the green chutney and tamarind paste on all teh puris.

Add the fresh corriander leaves on all the puris.

Add fresh line juice on top.

Garnish with thin nylon sev, pomegranate and corriander leaves.
