Homemade Bhel Mix With Puffed Rice

Another great way to make & store bhel for immediate consumption.
Ingredients
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
  Peanuts 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (Whole)
  Roasted dalia 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Puffed rice 8 Cup (128 tbs) (Kurmura)
  Iodized salt To Taste
  Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Thin sev 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Nylon)
Directions

Turn the heat on medium
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a heavy bottom pan
Add peanuts and dalia
Stir fry peanuts & dalia for 5-6 minutes till pinkish brown
Add Kurmura puffed rice
Coat the Kurmura with oil
Cook the Kurmura on low heat for 10 minutes
Add salt, turmeric powder and ground black pepper
Mix spices with Kurmura
Cook the Kurmura on low heat for 10 minutes till Kurmura turns crispy
Turn off the heat when Kurmura turns crispy
Cool the Kurmura for 30 minutes and then add thin Nylon Sev
Mix Sev with Kurmura
Bhel Mix is ready
