Homemade Kachumber

This is a delicious salad recipe with a hit of spices and garnished with fresh coriander leaves.
Ingredients
  Red onion 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Tomato 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Yellow bell pepper 1 Medium, deseeded and finely chopped
  Salad cucumber 1 , diced
  Chopped green chilli 1 Tablespoon (Fresh)
  Iodized salt To Taste
  Red chilli powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Granulated sugar/Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Fresh lemon 1 , juiced
  Fresh coriander leaves 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Toss all vegetables in a mixing bowl and season the salad with spices.

Add lemon juice.

Mix the salad well and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

Chill before serving.
