Homemade Seyal Phulka

Don't know what to do with leftover chapatis? Try this amazingly delicious recipe.
Ingredients
  Rotis 2 (Phulkas / Chapatis)
  Garlic coriander masala 2 Tablespoon
  Curd 1 Tablespoon (Plain)
  Cooking oil spray 1
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Mix curd and masala. Add some salt.

Cut the rotis into two equal halves and spread the masala mix and fold.

Heat a skillet and spray cooking oil with the help of a spray.

Place the folded spread chapatis and spray some oil.

After some time, give them a flip and spray some more cooking oil. Cook them until they turn a little pink ion color.

Serve hot.
