Spicy Carrot Pickle

Carrot pickle is so good, you will want them almost everyday.
Ingredients
  Sliced carrots 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
  Red chilli powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Crushed roasted mustard seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Place the sliced carrots in a bottle.

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, grounded mustard seeds and some oil.

Mix well and cover with the lid.

Pickle will be ready to eat in 2 days.
