Aloo Ka Paratha Roll Step 4

Learn how to roll out aloo ka paratha. This is the most critical part so watch carefully.
Ingredients
  Dough 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Potato filling 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Take a big ball of dough.

Roll it to achieve half the size of paratha. Apply oil on the inner surface of the paratha.

Keep a handful of filling at the center of the paratha and lift the sides of the paratha and seal the filling inside.

Softly roll the paratha to avoid the filling to come out.

Sprinkle some oil on a pan. Keep the flame on low flame initially.

Place the paratha on the pan.

Meanwhile roll another aloo paratha.

Flip over the paratha after 2 minutes.
