Chicken Curry

Chicken Curry is delicious dish from Punjab. Specially great for marriage festival holiday.
Ingredients
  Chicken masala powder 2 Tablespoon
  Chicken 1 Kilogram, cut in pieces (skin removed)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Coriander leaves 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Mustard seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cloves 2
  Cinnamon sticks 2
  Cardamom 2
  Onions 3 Medium, sliced
  Tomatoes 3 Medium, sliced
  Garlic ginger paste 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat oil in a pressure cooker pan. Add mustard seeds. After it splutters, add cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, onions, ginger garlic paste and fry for a few minutes.

Add tomatoes, chicken masala powder and salt. Fry for 5 minutes. Add chicken pieces, mix well and cook for a few minutes stirring occasionally.

Close the pressure pan and steam 10 minutes after putting the weight. Garnish with coriander leaves before serving.

How is this chicken curry? You dont add water at any point in time?

I made chicken curry as per above recipe and would like to suggest that mustard seeds should be coarsely ground and chopped onions slightly more fried to give a little darker colour to the dish. Tomatoes should be cooked a little more and then see the results,it will taste sumptous.

It was simply wonderful in taste.I ate so much that later I had to go through great uneasiness. I'll again experiment it but this time I shall be a bit cautious.
