Mixed Grill Indian Style

Ingredients
  Chicken pieces 1 1⁄2 Pound (Such As Boneless Pork Chops/Beef Sirloin Steaks Cut 3/4 Inch Thick/Chicken Drumsticks/Thighs/ Breast Halves)
  Bottled barbecue sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Peanut butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Orange peel 1⁄2 Teaspoon, finely shredded
  Orange juice 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1 Rinse chicken (if using); pat dry with paper towels. Grill desired meat and/or chicken on an uncovered grill directly over medium-hot coals until pork is slightly pink in center and juices run clear, until desired doneness for beef, or until chicken is tender and no longer pink; turn once. (Allow 12 to 14 minutes for pork chops, 12 to 14 minutes for medium steak, and 35 to 45 minutes for chicken pieces.)
2 Meanwhile, for sauce, in a small bowl combine barbecue sauce, peanut butter, orange peel, and enough of the orange juice to make sauce of desired consistency. Brush onto meat and/or chicken the last few minutes of grilling.
3 Place any remaining sauce in a saucepan and heat until boiling.

Very simple recipe and could be adapted to personal tastes.
