Chicken Korma

Chicken Korma is delicious food Specially great for holiday chrismas and holi.
Ingredients
  Salt To Taste
  Oil 30 Milliliter (1/2 tablespoons)
  Pepper To Taste
  Onion 1 , sliced
  Turmeric 2 1⁄2 Milliliter (1/2 teaspoon)
  Coriander 5 Milliliter (1 teaspoon)
  Cinnamon 1 1⁄4 Milliliter (1/4 teaspoon)
  Flour 15 Milliliter (1 tablespoon)
  Chicken 2 1⁄4 Pound, shredded (boned)
  Cardamoms 3
  Stock 180 Milliliter (6 fluid ounce)
  Lemon 1⁄2 (juiced)
  Bay leaf 1
  Yogurt 140 Milliliter (1/4 pint)
  Cashews 60 Gram (2 ounce)
Directions

Heat oil for 1 minute in a casserole. Add onion, turmeric, coriander and cinnamon and cook for 2 minutes on HIGH. Stir in the flour and add the chicken, cut into 5cm/2 inch pieces, and cardamoms. Pour over the stock and the lemon juice and stir well. Cover and cook for 20 minutes on HIGH or until the chicken is tender. Stir frequently during cooking. Remove the bay leaf and stir in the yogurt and the cashews. Leave to stand for 3-5 minutes before serving.
