Baked Mushroom Rice is an amazingly easy to prepare side dish which cannot just escape your guest's attention in any party. Try this delicious Baked Mushroom Rice; I am sure you will get a huge fan following for this!
|Long grain rice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), uncooked|
|Reduced sodium fat free chicken broth||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sliced fresh mushrooms||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Dried basil||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Dried oregano||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Lemon pepper seasoning||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
Combine all ingredients in a 1-1/2-qt.casserole coated with nonstick cooking spray.
Cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until rice is tender.
