This delicious Indian plum sauce(alu bukhara ki chutney) is one of its kind. You can enjoy it as a dip or as a spread. Enjoy the mouthwatering flavors of this exotic Indian dish.
Ingredients
  Plums 100 Gram
  Water 1 Liter
  Jaggery 50 Gram
  Black cardamoms 2
  Cinnamon stick 2 Inch
  Crushed black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. boil the water with cinnamon, cardamom, & salt
2. to this add the remaining ingredients .
3. till around 1/3 of the liquid is left.
4. pass the sauce through a muslin cloth when hot.
5. serve it at room temperature with various kebabs & tikkas as an accompaniment.
6. to make a spread of it cook it till 1/6 of liquid is left.

this sauce or chutney was introduced to me by one of my seniors mr mateem who is indeed a good kebab & curry specialist to complete the accomapaniment for potato & walnut cutlet recipe. moreover it is a kind of sauce that u can have with any kind of fried or roasted snack or as a bread spread even but for a spread you have to thicken it a little more.

certainly, this sauce can be served as accompaniment to any of fried or roasted snacks.
