Baked Saffron Rice
|Long grain rice||1 Cup (16 tbs), parboiled (Regular / Parboiled)|
|Bouillon cubes||2 (Or Envelopes, Chicken Flavor)|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Saffron threads||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 1 1/2-quart casserole. Into casserole, measure rice and butter or margarine.
2. In 2-quart saucepan over high heat, heat bouillon, water, salt, and saffron to boiling. Pour mixture into casserole; cover and bake 30 minutes.
