Baked Saffron Rice

Ingredients
  Long grain rice 1 Cup (16 tbs), parboiled (Regular / Parboiled)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Bouillon cubes 2 (Or Envelopes, Chicken Flavor)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Saffron threads 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 1 1/2-quart casserole. Into casserole, measure rice and butter or margarine.
2. In 2-quart saucepan over high heat, heat bouillon, water, salt, and saffron to boiling. Pour mixture into casserole; cover and bake 30 minutes.
