A very tasty snack when you have some time.
Ingredients
  Colocasia leaves 6
  Chick pea flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Edible oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Ajwain/Carom seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Til/Sesame seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Red chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ginger garlic paste 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Mix besan, water, salt, ajwain, turmeric powder and chilli powder to form a pouring consistency.
Coat each colocasia leaf separately with the above and roll it.
Place it in a steamer and steam for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove from steamer and let cool.
cut each roll into 5 bbite size pieces.
Sprinkle with sugar and lemon juice.
Heat oil and season with mustard seeds, til seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves.
Pour the above seasoning over the bite size pieces.
And now it is ready to eat.
