|Cashew nuts||20 , cut into 1/2|
|Pistachios||20 , slivered|
|Almonds||15 , slivered|
|Nutmeg powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Cardamom powder||1 Teaspoon|
Pour milk in a big vessel and start heating on a high flame. Once the milk comes to a boiling point reduce the flame. Keep stirring frequently to stop milk from overflowing or gettting burnt at the bottom of the vessel. In one hour the quantitiy of the milk will be reduced to half.
Add sugar to this milk when it is still hot.
Turn off the flame.
Add raisins, nutmeg powder and cardamom powder.
Serve in bowls with puris. Garnish the basundi with cashewnuts, pistachios and almonds.
