Masto-Khiar Raita are worth every minute you take to make them. Masto-Khiar Raita are a really great sauce. Great dip!
  Cucumbers/2 small 1 Large
  Plain non fat yogurt 240 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Honey 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Raisins 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Chopped walnuts 120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Onion 1 Small, grated
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

Peel and grate the cucumbers.
Squeeze the cucumbers in a towel to remove excess liquid, then mix well with the yogurt and honey.
Add raisins, walnuts, onion, mint, salt and pepper; mix well.
Chill before serving.
