Masto-Khiar Raita are worth every minute you take to make them. Masto-Khiar Raita are a really great sauce. Great dip!
|Cucumbers/2 small||1 Large|
|Plain non fat yogurt||240 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Honey||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Raisins||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Chopped walnuts||120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Onion||1 Small, grated|
Peel and grate the cucumbers.
Squeeze the cucumbers in a towel to remove excess liquid, then mix well with the yogurt and honey.
Add raisins, walnuts, onion, mint, salt and pepper; mix well.
Chill before serving.
