Ingredients
  Bengal gram 200 Gram, soaked over night and sprouted (preferaably brown bengal gram)
  Onions 2 , chopped
  Oil 6 Tablespoon
  Tomatoes 1 , chopped
  Green chillies 2 , each cut into two pieces
  Garlic 1 Teaspoon, finely chopped
  Turmeric powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon (haldi)
  Red chilli powder 4 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Coriander 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Capsicum 1⁄2 , sliced vertically
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Boil the grams and keep aside (Pls do not add salt while boiling)
Heat the pan and put oil in it, add garlic, onions, salt, turmeric and red chilli powder.
When onions turn soft, add tomatoes and fry.
When tomatoes turn soft, add Capsicum and fry.
Add green chillies and and chaana, put water and cover it for ten minutes.
Add corainder and serve hot.
