Curried Salad is an amazingly delicious side dish recipe. Try this Curried Salad recipe; I am sure you will have a huge fan following for this one!
  Cooked chicken/Other meat 8 Ounce, diced
  Hard boiled eggs 3 , coarsely chopped
  Diced carrots 8 Ounce (Canned Or Cooked)
  Mayonnaise 8 Tablespoon
  Curry powder 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Chopped Or Grated)
  Salt To Taste
  Lettuce 3
  Apples 2 , peeled and chopped

Combine the chicken or meat, carrots, onion, apples and eggs.
Mix the curry into the mayonnaise and add salt to taste.
Combine this with the other ingredients and serve in a bowl lined with lettuce leaves.
Also suitable for hors d'oeuvre.
