Easy Mushroom Rice Bake
|Quick cooking rice||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)|
|Cold water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sliced mushrooms||3 Ounce|
|Onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finley chopped|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
Tear off a 36 inch length of 18 inch wide heavy foil.
Fold in half to make a square.
Fold up sides, using fist to form a pouch.
Thoroughly combine rice, water, undrained mushrooms, onion, Worcestershire sauce, and salt.
Place in pouch; dot with butter.
Fold edges of foil to seal pouch tightly.
Place on grill over hot coals and heat 15 to 18 minutes.
Before serving, fluff rice with a fork.
