Easy Lamb Curry
|Diced onions||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Curry powder||3 Teaspoon|
|Ground ginger||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Ground black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|All purpose flour||3 Tablespoon|
|Canned chicken broth||13 3⁄4 Fluid Ounce (1 Can)|
|Diced cooked lamb/Other cooked meat||3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs), diced|
In large saucepan, over medium heat, cook onions, curry powder, ginger and pepper in margarine until tender, about 5 minutes.
Blend in flour; gradually stir in chicken broth until smooth.
Cook and stir until sauce is thickened and begins to boil.
Stir lamb; cook until heated through.
