|Moong dal||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs) (adjust sugar as per taste)|
|Cashew nuts||6 , chopped|
Wash a cup of rice & and a cup of moong dal. Add 5 cups water & pressure cook up to 5 whistles. The rice & dal should be cooked thoroughly and become almost soft.
Add sugar & mix thoroughly. You can add more sugar for more sweetness.
Heat ghee in a small wok. Add raisins and chopped cashews. Mix until cashews turn lightly brown. Add this to rice. Mix well.
