Grated Carrot Salad with Indian Mustard Dressing
|White seedless raisins||3 Tablespoon|
|Fresh lime juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Sunflower oil||6 Tablespoon|
|Black mustard seeds||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon (Whole)|
1 In a bowl, soak the seedless white raisins in warm water for 30 minutes.
2 Drain well.
3 Peel the carrots and grate coarsely.
4 In a bowl, mix the grated carrots with raisins.
5 In a large mixing bowl, dissolve 1 tsp salt in the lime juice.
6 Combine with the carrot mixture.
7 In a small saucepan, heat the sunflower oil.
8 Add the mustard seeds and fry for just a few seconds.
9 Pour all over the grated carrot and raisins.
10 Serve at once.
