Peanut soup is a peppy and appetizing soup made with roasted peanuts. Cooked with beef broth and half and half with chili powder for flavor, the peanut soup is great as an appetizer.
|Roasted peanuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chili powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Beef broth||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Half and half||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Blend peanuts with 1 cup of the broth in an electric blender until smooth.
Pour into a saucepan and add all remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer, and cook slowly for 15 minutes.
