Fruited Rice Ring For Curry

Ingredients
  Orange marmalade 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Seedless raisins/Seeded raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Cooked rice 4 Cup (64 tbs), cooled (White Or Brown)
Directions

Using a fork, fold marmalade and raisins into the rice (be careful not to mash rice grains).
Add salt if necessary.
Pack firmly into a well-greased 1-quart ring mold.
Set mold in a shallow pan of hot water and bake in a 350° oven just long enough to heat thoroughly.
Unmold.
