Banana Halwa

Banana Halwa has a fine taste. Banana Halwa gets its taste from banana mixed with cardamom mixed with almonds and jaggery. Banana Halwa is inspired by many restaurants worldwide.
Ingredients
  Ripe bananas 1⁄2 Kilogram
  Cardamom 1 Pinch (Also Known As Elakka)
  Almond flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Ghee 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Almonds 1 Tablespoon (Also Known As Badam)
  Jaggery/Sharkkara 1⁄2 Kilogram
Directions

Skin the bananas.
Scrape out and remove the black veined centers.
Make pulp by mashing the bananas.
Heat the ghee in a frying pan.
Put in the banana pulp.
Keep frying till the pulp becomes light brown in color.
Mix the crushed jaggery.
Blend thoroughly.
Sprinkle the cardamom powder.
Include the chopped almonds.
Keep stirring till the almonds become lightly roasted.
Use almond flakes to garnish it.
