Almond Barfi is simple to make recipe. Almond Barfi gets its taste from milk mixed with sugar and almonds, flavored with cardamom seeds. Almond Barfi is inspired by many sweet shops across world.
Ingredients
  Milk 750 Milliliter
  Caster sugar 50 Gram
  Ground almonds 50 Gram
  Cardamom seeds 6 , peeled and crushed
Directions

Put the milk in a large saucepan and heat for about 45 minutes until it is reduced to a thick, lumpy consistency.
Stir occasionally and be careful not to let the milk burn.
When it is thick and lumpy, stir in the sugar, then add the almonds and cook for 2 minutes.
Spread on a buttered plate and sprinkle with the crushed cardamom.
