|Caster sugar||50 Gram|
|Ground almonds||50 Gram|
|Cardamom seeds||6 , peeled and crushed|
Put the milk in a large saucepan and heat for about 45 minutes until it is reduced to a thick, lumpy consistency.
Stir occasionally and be careful not to let the milk burn.
When it is thick and lumpy, stir in the sugar, then add the almonds and cook for 2 minutes.
Spread on a buttered plate and sprinkle with the crushed cardamom.
