Authentic Chicken Curry

Chicken curry is one of the most exotic, spicy and easiest side dish you can prepare with chicken. The chicken curry recipe given here is something you can whip up in a hurry! Do not miss out on it!
Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Whole chicken breasts 2 , split, skinned and boned
  Extra virgin olive oil 3 Tablespoon (Filipo Berio Brand)
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped green bell pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), chopped
  Curry powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Canned diced tomatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Canned Or Fresh)
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine flour and pepper; sprinkle over both sides of chicken breasts.
Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat.
Cook chicken 15 minutes or until lightly browned on both sides.
Remove from skillet; place in large ovenproof casserole.
In same skillet, cook and stir onion, green pepper, garlic, curry powder and thyme 5 minutes or until onions are lightly browned.
Add tomatoes.
Stir until heated through.
Pour tomato mixture over chicken in casserole.
Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
