This Kichu tastes incredible ! Try this irresistibly seasoned rice flour dish and let me know if you like it ! Your suggestions for this Kichu are welcome
Ingredients
  Asafoetida 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cumin seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Green chilies 1⁄2 Teaspoon, chopped
  Green coriander 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Red chili powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Rice flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Soda bicarbonate 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Boil the water in a pan.
Add asafoetida, red chilli powder, green chillies, cumin seeds and salt.
Mix well.
Add the rice flour and soda bicarbonate.
Stir in a vigorous manner with a wooden spoon to avoid lumps.
Cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes.
Add the oil and green coriander.
Mix well.
