Dhai Bhindi is easy to make recipe. Dhai Bhindi gets its taste from okra mixed with ginger and turmeric. Dhai Bhindi is loved by food lovers.
  Turmeric 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Grated fresh coconut 2 Tablespoon
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Ginger root piece 1 Inch, peeled and chopped (2.5 Centimeter)
  Okra 225 Gram
  Water 3 Tablespoon
  Natural yogurt 300 Milliliter
  Coriander leaves 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Salt To Taste

Cut the tops off the okra and halve lengthways.
Heat the oil in a pan, add the okra and fry for 5 minutes.
Add the ginger, turmeric and salt to taste, stir well.
Add the water, cover and cook for 10 minutes until the okra is tender.
Mix the remaining ingredients together.
Add to the pan, stir well and serve.
