its a cheese preparation. very tasty to eat.
Ingredients
  Garlic ginger paste 1 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (As required)
  Frying oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For deep frying)
  Garam masala powder To Taste
  Green chillies 2
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Pepper cheese To Taste, cut into cubes
  Spinach 500 Gram
Directions

lightly brown paneer in a kadahi
set aside and cool
make a puree of the palak {spinach}
heat oil in a pan and add the whole garam masala and lightly saute it.
add ginger garlic paste saute till brown
add the onion paste and saute untill a light brown colour and the smell of onions is gone
add the spinach puree with salt pepper and green chillies
heat and make a thick gravy
when the gravy is tender and thick add the cheese cubes
garnish and serve hot
