Wild Rice And Mushrooms
|Onion||1 Small, chopped|
|Uncooked wild rice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Uncooked long grain rice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sliced fresh mushrooms||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned chicken broth||10 3⁄4 Ounce, undiluted (1 Can)|
Add enough water to broth to measure 2 1/4 cups.
Combine broth and onion in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil, and add wild rice.
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes.
Add regular rice and mushrooms; bring to a boil.
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
